    I fell twice in three weeks- landing on the same right side upper arm. No blorken bones just bruised muscle. After the second fall I felt maybe I should go to the ER. I have avoided doctors and conventional medicine for all my life- at 71 never been in a hospital and rarely see a doctor. n fact once I hit 65 I have not been at all. A lady suggested Sparrow due to the fact she said she had great success with her pain there. I made an appointment and the 1st thing that kind of troubled me is their requirement of taking my debit card information prior to even making an appointment for me. I obliged- I knew they offered non-phamecutical treatments for whatever may be troubling you. Once I arrived they had an intake form for me to rill out which I did. It was pretty much the standard questions a medical doctor would ask. Once that was done I was called back to a room. Nothing I shared on the intake form was discussed - I felt it was not even looked at honsetly. The lady asked where the pain was then described the process she was going to use on me. Then without missing a beat quickly shared that I would need at least 8 treatments over a period of weeks. The process took less than 5 minutes and I was ushered back to the front to pay and schedule another visit.

    First thing I decided was to not schedule another appointment until I had time to digest what this visit felt like. Second thing was the amount I was charged was more than what I was told on the phone when booking the appointment. They said they would talk to the lady who booked me and they called me back to say the amount she was referring to was the fee if I did not show for my appointment. It was only a $15 difference but they called me back later to say she only quoted the amount I would be charged if I did not show. When I booked I was on the speaker phone and my wife also heard the lower fee. I chose not to make an issue over 15 dollars.

    Their methodogy is non invasive which I liked. But the feeling peasured to obligate to a series of visits for something they never really discussed with me- on the phone nor in person- They simply said WHERE DOES IT HURT and then by rote warned of possible pain during the process- there was none- simply basically shots of compressed air over the area where the pain was.

    I never went back nor did I go to the ER or a medical doctor. My wife went to Tractor Supply and got an oinment old for horses which she applied to my upper arm.

    Over the course of a few days the pain has greatly subsided and I did not spend my time, gas or money for 8 more visits.

    I do beleive in our bodies ability to heal itself under the right circumstances. Will their processes actually work? I think maybe according to the actual reason for the pain. My disatisfaction comes in great part to their not actually giving any attention to why the pain ever eixisted and promptly prior to any treatment saying I would need a series of treatments.

    Keep in mind no insurace is going to pay for thier treatments. Keep in mind that the cause of the pain should be delt with instead of simply seeking to aleviate the discomfort.

    No I am not a medical doctor- if you are noting my name. So there is not bias nor am I bashing their treatment itself-the issues I have had to do with not having a consulation as to the pain itself- simply saying where is it and here we go and you will need at least 8 more treatments........ It felt like a sales pitch to keep you coming back. Not all pain is the same.

    Love this place and all that they have done for me! Life Changing! However, my one complaint is the sound at the new office. It echoes really bad and my ADD goes into overdrive. I can't concentrate on or sometimes hear what my practitioner is saying because of the noise from others talking at the check out desk or in the other offices.

    they have moved and the new location is on the second floor just to the right of Taziki's. They don't have signage just yet so just look for the floor mat. The door with the keypad is the one that opens. There's an elevator down near the anvil restaurant if you don't want to use the stairs. I parked behind the building and it was very easy to get to the elevator.

    Five stars all the way. Everyone is so caring, helpful and thorough in their diagnosis. I’m glad I found them when I did. Wonderful results, no more western medication for me. Highly recommend this place.
