    I decided a few years ago that I was gonna make better decisions for my health. Conquer has been here to partner with me all the way!! Whether it’s purging toxins in the sauna or red light therapy to help me recover from my OTF workouts- this place is top notch!

    Health is so important in the short and long term! Conquer is very knowledgeable about the aspects of wellness and wants to help you stay healthy. My daughter had a concussion and we are here to use one of their two hyperbaric machines. They offer a range of wellness treatments including sauna, cryotherapy and red light therapy. We have loved meeting the staff here at Conquer Wellness. Make your health a priority!!

    Joining Conquer Functional Wellness was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Not only do they offer nutritional guidance but the red light therapy and infrared sauna help in restoring the body's natural regenerative powers along with helping to reduce the stress of every day life. Dr. Tony and the Conquer team have helped me discover exactly what my body needs to heal and be the best version of myself.

    LOVE coming to Conquer Functional Wellness twice a week. I started coming in January of this year for Lipo Laser and Red Light Therapy. I am really impressed with the results: shaved a few pounds, cellulite on legs is almost gone. Overall I feel great and recharged. The facility is always spotless and their staff is super friendly. You definitely need to give it a try!

    During my training, Conquer Functional Wellness has been a major resource that I have depended on for my overall health and recovery. As an athlete, I feel fresher on the field and more confident in my body's recovery after using the different modalities that Conquer offers. The staff is incredibly helpful and can provide a personalized plan to meet your needs. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to try it out!
