My uncle is visiting from out of town. His CPAP machine was missing a needed part for it to work. His medical supply company recommended we get the replacement part with Mountaineer Home Medical. After a little bit of coordination- we were able to get the needed connector part for his CPAP mask and he was able to sleep well while he visits. Mountaineer Home Medical delivered home oxygen to the hospital as my mom was being discharged. We were given a thorough explanation on its use and the guy was very friendly. Once we got home, the small portable device quit working. We called MHM and within minutes, someone had arrived at our home with 2 new units. They understand that oxygen isn’t anything to mess around with. The staff is kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I was traveling for business and staying in Morgantown overnight when I realized I left my CPAP hose at home. I called Mountaineer Home Medical just a few minutes before they closed and they waited for me to arrive and hooked me up with a hose when I arrived. The ladies I dealt with were so kind and courteous, and such a delight to work with. Highly recommend this company for your CPAP needs.

Although the staff is nice, it is difficult to get a hold of the CPAP department. They also do not call you back ever. I have had to call back multiple times to confirm orders that I wasn't told were approved.
