Ft Hunt Health and Wellness Center

Ft Hunt Health & Wellness Center is unquestionably the best in class for the services they offer in the northern Virginia area. I have received massage, PEMF, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy here and it has improved my health and wellbeing. Laz and the staff are attentive, personable, and clearly care about their customers. They have well researched, top of the line equipment and the staff is very proficient in its use. I'm grateful to have this facility so convenient, available, and very reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend FHHWC to anyone interested in improving their overall health and quality of life.

I absolutely LOVED LOVED LOVED my experience at Ft. Hunt Health & Wellness. First and foremost the center was pristine and clean. The staff was super attentive and friendly. I had the Hydrafacial with Nikolett and am already looking for dates in my calendar for when I can go back for continued care. It was my birthday so I treated myself after with a Deep tissue and by far it was THE BEST massage (and I've had plenty) I've experienced. I worked with Lien who was fabulous. I can't recommend Ft Hunt Health & Wellness enough!!!

This place is amazing! Everything from the comfy environment to the staff. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. I really appreciate that they are always finding ways to make you feel comfortable. The salt cave is the best! It’s do beautiful and relaxing. I’ve only experienced one massage therapist but Dasia is a rockstar. She is so warm, kind, and makes you feel so comfortable. I really appreciate that she asked me a lot of questions to make sure I got the best massage to fit my needs. I will be coming to this place much more in the future!

Scheduled a private sauna session, when I showed up it was double booked and I was told we could come back later. I booked a session for later that day and when we showed up the sauna was not turned on and we were told it was not possible to sauna that day. Both times I booked was at least over an hour before the session so plenty of time to contact me if there was any issue. Mistakes are understandable but the front desk lady both times was a bit rude making it seem it was my fault somehow. I was told, the second time I showed up, that I should have called even though they have online booking and I confirmed I was showing up through the booking system. When I showed up the second time she was lounging in the massage chair and obviously not paying any attention to their system. She never apologized, just said next time try calling and she just seemed bothered by the inconvenience. Edit: Just want to add clarification. The wait was for an hour not 35mins (anyone can check how long a session is online) we understand mistakes happen and we're fine to come back later, we gave the salt cave a try it just wasn't something we wanted to spend an hour doing. On the second visit there was no offer to turn on the sauna, we were told it was too late in the day to turn it on as it takes quite awhile to heat up, I would have been completely fine to wait 10 minutes. Again mistakes happen, but the 1 star is not for mistakes but the general attitude we received on both visits and not even a meaniful "sorry our bad" type of apology from the front desk lady. The response to this post deflecting and shifting blame was the same energy we recieved in person. Could have been an easy fix.

I tried it today for the first time getting a deep tissue massage and trying the red light therapy. My masseuse was Mandy who did a terrific job. I was relaxed and free of all aches and pain after the massage.
