I would give the UV Hyperbaric Team 10 out of 5 stars if I could! Every interaction I’ve had with every team member was awesome - they know their stuff, and they are so kind, caring and fun to visit! I have eustachian tube dysfunction, so my ears don’t adjust to pressure changes super well, and they were great about adapting the speed up and down and stopping if my ears wouldn’t cooperate. And they took a personal interest in my recovery and became great friends! Don’t hesitate to work with them, you won’t regret it!

Our experience today was so incredible! Provo Wound Clinic is the best care my elderly aunt has literally ever received in a long line of negligence and malpractice. Her complicated and large, infected wound has had multiple wound care providers, procedures and home health agencies, but Provo Wound Clinic gave us such personalized care. They were professional, kind, knowledgeable, totally capable. We finally feel like we’re in such good hands. I want to highlight the unbelievable care we received from our nurse, Crystal. I cannot say enough about her. From start to finish she worked so hard and meticulously to clean her leg, the wound, treat it, wrap it, took her time with applying a wound vac, all with a wonderfully friendly interaction with us, and a smile on her face. She made us laugh and we literally cried and hugged her at the end because of how long and arduous this road has been for us. The nurse navigator, Amber, came in and was so kind and sweet and patient and informative on our home health options. She took her time with us and made herself available telling us to call and ask for her for any future needs. Thank you to Dr. Day for being able to squeeze her into his busy schedule as a last minute urgent visit! He was quick with his treatment but also took the time to answer a number of questions and concerns I wanted to discuss. I just cannot say enough about this clinic. Thank you thank you, Provo Wound Clinic for relieving the immense burden we had on our shoulders walking in today, we walked out light as feathers filled with hope for healing for the first time in nearly 3 months. Bless you all!!

We've been going to this wound care clinic for a few months now. Their entire staff and nursing students are absolutely the best! We've never had such amazing care at any clinic. They were so knowledgeable about the type of care and supplies we needed. They took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we understood how to properly care for my daughter's wound, signs of new or continuing infection, and made sure we knew we could call them at any time (during business hours of course). It was reassuring knowing they were our care team in the future. I'd give the Provo Wound Care clinic 100 stars if I could. They are really that great!
