Heather was amazing! I had to go 33 days after having necrosis from surgical complications. I was one of the worst cases they’d seen. I credit this place to help saving my skin and possibly my life as the necrosis had grown in a short amount of time. Hyperbaric is amazing for wound care and I wish insurance covered it more. As a bonus my blood pressure lowered and I got better sleep during my treatments. I plan to get hyperbaric treatment before and after surgeries from now on.

The doctor is amazing but Heather disclosed personal information to a family member with my consent also she was very unprofessional with me . She argue with me for 15 mins of me asking her to go ahead and give me scrubs due to safety hazard. She has discuss patient's information with me and spoke poorly about the doctor that referred me which was Dr. Graft. I was driving 45 mins daily and later started going 3 times a week. I missed one week due to me and my son having covid and she made it as if I was never coming. I have now found a professional hyperbaric office 8 mins from my home and so stress free now

My wife started going to this facility for a wound that she has. Heather, the facilities Hyperbaric Therapy Tech, is wonderful and extremely caring. She makes this process extremely easy. The facility was recommended by my wife’s doctor and we are pleased. Healing looks to be happening even after just a few visits. Don’t hesitate to go here!

This was our first experience with hyperbaric treatment. We went scuba diving and ended up with the bends. Eric, Heather, and Dr. Hendrix were extremely professional, caring, and kind. We appreciate you guys for taking care of us!

Great facilities, friendly staff, and very knowledgeable on hyperbarics! I had never taken a dive before so I had a lot of questions beforehand, all of which were answered. I was initially concerned that I would feel a bit claustrophobic in the chamber, but Willow Bend keeps the acryclic cylinders extremely clean so it is hard to tell anything is even there. Chambers are comfortable and spacious, and there are also TV's so you can watch Netflix while you do your treatment. Great experience!
