Had a great experience at ALBI Wellness. The facility is extremely clean, modern, and very well designed. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating a space that feels both relaxing and high-end. What really stood out was the variety of advanced recovery treatments all in one place. From hyperbaric oxygen therapy to red light therapy and compression, everything feels intentional and professionally run. It’s not your typical spa, it feels more like a performance and recovery lab. If you’re in Houston and interested in recovery, longevity, or just overall wellness, ALBI Wellness is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Tried the Flowpresso here — really cool experience. It felt like a full-body massage in about 40 minutes, and the benefits were legit. Also tried the PMF machine; I do jujitsu and had a sore shoulder, and it actually helped a lot within an hour. Place was super clean, and the staff and owner were great. Highly recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience with ALBI Wellness. When I first called, I spoke to Tarek who was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the vibro-acoustic therapy I was interested in. I booked an appointment online very easily through the online portal and upon arrival met Cyrus. He had such a serene and calming energy which set up for a relaxing start to my session. The VIBE bed was amazing. I love sound and feeling the vibration helped me feel one with the smooth, melodic track I chose. I would highly recommend ALBI wellness to anyone looking for a restorative place of healing. Thank you guys for offering such wonderful services to the Houston community.

I have been coming to the center for over 6 months now and I do Flowpresao every week. It has truly changed my quality of life. My sleep has improved so much the inflammation and pain I had are all but gone. I love everything about this place. I really enjoy my conversations with Cyrus he’s literally the best, so knowledgeable and kind. I cannot say enough about this place…GO!!

Services: Red Light Therapy Bed and Music Meditation Bed Had a wonderful experience here! I called in advance to get more information on the place, and got a lot of great insights. They ask questions about how we're feeling and what we're trying to accomplish, then make recommendations around that. I left feeling great and also purchased a gift card for a friend. I plan to come back 😊
