I had a wonderful experience at ALBI Wellness during my recovery. It is a beautiful, impeccably clean, and calming space. The hyperbaric oxygen therapy became one of the most peaceful parts of my day—I felt so calm in the tank that it was almost transcendent. A special thank you to Cyrus, who was consistently kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. He made every session comfortable and was always there to answer questions and help in any way he could. I highly recommend ALBI Wellness!

my daughter is getting red light therapy and hydrogen therapy for eczema and so far it's been good results, less itching and clearer skin. Customer service is excellent, friendly and professional. very helpful and informative. the environment is clean and calming. l would recommend Albi to my family and friends.

Tried the Flowpresso here — really cool experience. It felt like a full-body massage in about 40 minutes, and the benefits were legit. Also tried the PMF machine; I do jujitsu and had a sore shoulder, and it actually helped a lot within an hour. Place was super clean, and the staff and owner were great. Highly recommend.

You can tell a lot of thought went into creating a space that feels both relaxing and high-end. What really stood out was the variety of advanced recovery treatments all in one place. From hyperbaric oxygen therapy to red light therapy and compression, everything feels intentional and professionally run. It’s not your typical spa, it feels more like a performance and recovery lab. If you’re in Houston and interested in recovery, longevity, or just overall wellness, ALBI Wellness is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be coming back.
