Such a great experience today! I came in to try the cold plunge and was pleasantly surprised to learn about so many new recovery options. Tarek was super knowledgeable and gave a thorough tour of the facility. The sound therapy was super neat and exactly what I needed today. I also tried the red light therapy-solid, leg compression to help with a Muay Thai injury-amazing & then finished off with the cold bath-freezing. Highly recommend you check this spot out! Great facility with great people!

Top class facility and kind, knowledgeable staff that knows exactly what you need! I love all the therapies especially flo-presso lymphatic drainage, hyberbaric, pemf pulse, as well as red light therapy and infrared sauna/cold plunge combo! I use weekly to bi-weekly to keep my body and mind in optimum condition! Best for maintaining peak performance, reducing stress, inflammation, pain relief and anti-aging. Highly recommend as apart of your wellness and self-care practice!

What a relaxing session on the Vibe Bed. It was so intense in the best way possible. The music that plays in sync with the vibration bed was such an experience and I will definitely keep coming back for that. They have so many other wonderful services. 100% recommend!

This place is incredible. I’ve been coming here for a few months now and I love it. I initially came for the vibe bed (which I highly recommend for anyone who has ptsd or enjoys sound healing). I now also use the red light, hydrogen therapy, and just tried the amp coil today. I have never been disappointed after a session and often will fall asleep from sheer relaxation. Cyrus is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, every therapy he has recommended for me has been a winner. He clearly has an unmatched level of expertise and is always very welcoming. I promise you won’t be disappointed!
