Madden and Gilbert Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

I’ve used HBOT a couple times so far, and it’s helped me in a few different ways. The first time was because of a nagging plantar fascia issue that flared up a week before I was to play in a volleyball tournament. I did just three HBOT sessions, along with stretching and a couple laser treatments. Within a week, I went from not being able to put any weight on my left foot, to playing and winning the tournament! About a year later, I wasn’t feeling great overall and was looking for help improving my overall health. I didn’t have any major physical issues at the time, just a bout of lethargy. Dawn recommended a plan of 20 HBOT sessions and we got started. After the first few sessions, I noticed an overall improvement in my breathing. After a few more sessions, I also noticed an improvement in my energy and mental clarity. After a few more, I noticed I was recovering from exercise faster too. After finishing the plan, I would say I felt a significant overall improvement in my physical health. I also took the opportunity to meditate during my sessions and that time was very helpful as well. Overall, I feel like HBOT gives me a resource to turn to when I need help recovering from an injury or just getting a boost in my overall health. Many thanks to Dawn and Chad!
