Arriving yesterday at North Shore Health and Hyperbarics I was greeted as usual, like family. I consider myself an experienced hyperbaric patient as I have been here over 50 times since the summer of 2018. I come here after my immunotherapy IV treatments with Dr Stoff to enhance the absorption of my IVs and enjoy all the positive effects of breathing 100% oxygen. My first visit I was feeble, weak and hardly able to breath. I could only walk a short distance and when going up the stairs I had to take a rest. I couldn't carry anything and my once strong legs couldn't move the pedal on our life cycle machine. I was in rapid decline after a Pet scan revealed metastatic cancer had traveled from my breast to my liver. Over 50 to 60% of my liver was said to be necrotic ( Dead) or cancerous. The oncologist whom I went to so my insurance would cover my pet scan said I may only have 3 weeks to live. I am happy to report that 12 months later I have gone from a "metastatic mess" with critically abnormal lab values to lab values that are constantly improving and many are now within normal range. My body had become unrecognizable to me. I was skin and bones with a distended stomach that made me look pregnant. Currently I am feeling strong and my muscle tone is coming back. In March I was skiing at Mount Snow! I am so grateful to God, by Jesus stripes I am healed, to Dr. Harrison, Marcello, Lisa, Liz, Mike, Suzanne and Doug. Words can only briefly describe my gratitude. I believe my experience here has been a factor in regaining my health and saving my life from stage 4 liver cancer.

I was thrilled with my experience! The whole staff was very accommodating and helpful. I had some recent surgery and my doctor recommended north shore and they were more than happy to accommodate me. The facilities are clean and efficient and I had 10 treatments over 10 days. 2 thumbs up! 👍👍

Terrible experience !!! My husband was going there for months. Lately his wound had a bad smell and he kept asking about it. Dr Harrison kept saying that he didn’t smell anything. Every time he asked how it looks Dr Harrison said, “ it’s a thing of beauty and healing well. Even 2 day before having to go to the emergency room. Turns out it had been infected for weeks and they didn’t recognize it. Eventually, he couldn’t walk and we called an ambulance. At the hospital they said it was very badly infected. Every dr and nurse said they could tell by the smell it was infected. Dr Harrison and the PA should have known that. Long story short they had to do extensive surgery on the foot because Dr Harrison cut away so much of his heel that the infection was already in the bone there was no chance the tissue could regrow Stay away from Dr Harrison and this place.

This center has helped me so much with my health condition. I have muscular degeneration and went to Colombia for various surgeries and hyperbaric oxygen has helped me so much. I have anxiety and panick atacks as well and the therapy actually helps me relax and its amazing for my overall health. Dr. Harrison is very special to me super friendly and always there for me. The techs are absolutely amazing there are no words to describe them and what they have done for me. Thank you!!!

I took my Dad to receive treatments for a large open wound on his heel that had developed due to his diabetes and being in hospital for a hip replacement. After a short time in a wound care center we were told to start hyperbaric treatments to help close wound . My sister Eileen found this facility so we went to check it out. We met Dr Harrison and staff spoke about Dads treatment plan and started right away. My Dad was a very unique and at times many times mind you due to his medical conditions was very resistant to go into chamber and had to be persuaded to go in on so many times. The staff is so patient caring and very personable and loving. From Suzanne to Doug to Mike etc they really went far and beyond to assist in assuring Dad it was to his benefit to have treatment. Dr Harrison is the very best Doctor i have ever met in all levels he is very down to earth and direct and takes his patients treatments very seriously. He treated my Dad like it was his own father i never experienced that before in the medical field. Dad and Dr Harrison had some intense fellowship visits that was the key and success to Dads wound closing 100 percent. If it wasn't for Dr Harrison and staff i can truly say i do not feel we would have had the exact result and success. Many thanks and Love to all of you from The Curley Family. God Bless .
