I had the worst experience with this business. They cancelled my appt a few days before after i waited for weeks and really needed their help. Thought they were a professional office but their only excuse was dr was out of the country and there is only one dr so they best they can do is to give me an appt in 5 weeks. Staff is extremely rude and no one called me back when i tried to plead with them. How do medical professionals behave this way?

I underwent HBOT for radiation induced cystitis from May 7 to July 25. It was acute when I got to Dr. Chiu and his crew of Sean, Shaquille and Justin. The care and encouragement given to me was priceless. Today, two months after completion, except for some leaking, I am glad to report that I feel that my bladder is fully restored. Thank you, Thank you! Dr Chiu and Team. You guys are the ‘bestest’!

It was a wonderful enlightening experience. I never knew such a treatment was available I had had surgery on my jaw. Because of this treatment It has healed up very quickly. The HBO staff was wonderful and took great care of me for 30 treatments. I never felt so well taken care of. Dr. Chiu is the most dynamic, knowledgeable and positive doctor I have ever met. I recommend this to anyone who has been told to have this treatment. It is worthwhile.

They were kind ,understanding , and professional at all times. Im a bilateral amputee(Diabetic Of Course) on dialysis for close to 14 years with several fingers missing . Completed 30 treatments and paying closer attention to my diet. Life is worth living. Thank you to Dr. Chew and all the staff at NYU, God Bless you all

I had such a great experience while going to my Hyperbaric therapy sessions. I went it for a consult with Dr. Chiu and he expedited my process to start therapy the next day. He was great and explained everything thoroughly to me. I did 21 sessions and every time I went I was treated very well. Jenny, Erika, and Steve are all great. They are very attentive to their patients and always asked how my healing process was going. They were very professional and always made sure I felt comfortable and safe. I am so thankful to everyone that helped me and supported me through my healing process. I would 10/10 recommend this facility and Dr.Chiu.
