I had an exceptional experience with Dorothy! From the very start, she was incredibly kind and helpful in coordinating my appointment. She guided me through the process from start to finish with excellent communication, and I truly appreciated being able to text and receive prompt responses. Upon arrival, Dorothy’s hospitality stood out. Being completely unfamiliar with hyperbaric therapy, I had many questions, but she efficiently provided all the information I needed while making me feel extremely comfortable. She even went the extra mile by putting on a Netflix show for me during the session. Throughout the hyperbaric process, where oxygen levels change, Dorothy was 110% attentive. Her attentiveness reminded me of the impeccable service at high-end Asian restaurants—always there and ready to assist the moment you need something. What truly stood out was her kindness and care. Without me even asking, Dorothy went out of her way to ensure I received the proper treatment I needed for my shoulder. Her genuine concern and attention to detail were remarkable. If I book another session, whether for injury, illness, or general wellness, it will absolutely be with Dorothy. She is a gem and made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and even enjoyable. The reason I used hyperbaric oxygen therapy was post-surgical. I purchased a package of 5. You can purchase individual sessions or a package of 10. There is parking directly on the side. The chambers are transparent and you can watch TV or listen to music. It is clean and sanitary. Dorothy the technician I had was an absolute gem - professional, kind, knowledgeable. I highly recommend for any post op needs or other medical conditions such as wound healing, etc.

Great experience with the staff and facility. Dorothy the HBOT technician was amazing with her kindness and attention to detail. Paulina was great in accommodating my request for an appointment and answering my questions. The facility is a hidden gem— a shingled unassuming house on the street with first rate technology and equipment inside. HBOT is significantly under appreciated and underutilized which hopefully will change in the future as its benefits are more widely recognized.

I would highly recommend ANDI HBOT therapy. It is such a wonderful experience, Dorothy is amazing and the experience is so relaxing while being so beneficial healthwise. You get to relax in the chamber and watch tv during your hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Dorothy the technician is so caring and lovely and the experience there couldn’t be better. Love having HBOT so close to home!

I've been aging gracefully with oxygen therapy at ANDI since 2016. During this time ANDI has seen me through two car accidents, no COVID without vaccination and a hip fracture... all because I didn't want to get hooked on pain killers.
