Restore Hyper Wellness

I went for the first time today and it was an awesome experience! I wish I could remember my nurse’s name but she was very sweet and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. The owner, Michael, was also great! He was very personable and made sure that I was having a good experience. I will definitely be coming back. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

I have had fantastic experiences at Restore Wellness in Bedford! The employees are so kind and helpful, making every visit a pleasant one. Scheduling appointments through the app is super convenient, which is a big plus for me. The services have been amazing—I’ve especially loved the facials, red light therapy, cryotherapy, and the IV drip- their nurse Karissa is so fun and kind with this— which left me feeling incredible! The only thing I didn’t love was the compression therapy, but that’s probably because I’m a little claustrophobic. Overall, I highly recommend Restore Wellness for anyone looking to prioritize their health and wellness in a welcoming and professional environment!

Absolute joke. Called to book an appointment, clearly explaining that I have the Flu and wanted an immunity drip. They booked my appointment, let me drive all the way down there. Took all of my information. Again reiterating I have the Flu. Asked me to fill out multiple pages of intake information. I’m there for 40+ minutes. One of the staff comes and asks if I had a temperature. I said I had a 100.4 earlier that morning. They then get a surface laser thermometer (the ones you use for pizza ovens) and tested my forehead, it read 93 degrees. They then proceed to tell me I can’t receive treatment because I had a fever. The only explanation as to “why” was “it was their policy”. The second I said I had the flu when I called they should’ve asked me if I had a temp if that’s truly their policy. They should also have more reliable equipment to test temperatures (again if it’s their policy) than a surface laser thermometer. Wasted almost an hour and a half of the day to get zero help / treatment. The prices are also outrageous but I needed to get treated so it is what it is. Definitely won’t be coming back. I’m sure I’ll get a million emails and texts now that they got all my information now though! Zero stars.
