Excellent! Great Service. Infrared Sauna is always pre-heated, and gets to 160°. Chromatherapy colors are adjustable. Float and Cryo are also excellent.

I tried speak Recovery during my first marathon training to assist with my recovery, it is absolutely amazing! I purchased a sampler pack, as they offer multiple types of services for recovery, and found several of them to be helpful in reducing my inflammation, reducing my pain, and speeding up my recovery process so I can get back out and running! The staff are super friendly and helpful, and they have tons of packages to choose from! I highly recommend Peak Recovery not just for recovery purposes, but also for relaxation and self-care!

PEAK IS PERFECTION! EVERYTHING IS QUALITY! I recently did a float a few weeks ago. It was more than I had expected. I had some achy muscles in my shoulders and life had become a bit stressful of late. After I finished the float, I felt so relaxed...almost too relaxed. The equipment is top notch and the knowledge and experience of those who work there helps put you at ease. I liked it so much I purchased a float for my daughter. She did hers today and her reaction was similar to mine. Best she's ever done! 6+ plus months later. I just went today to do the cryotherapy. So very glad I did! Great vibes at this place. I also stuck around for Colin and Steve to give me a tour of the place. They have something real good going on there. Wellness and fitness combined. It's about living life the real way. Being healthy in body and mind. Check it out. You'll be glad you did.

Peak Recovery has it all. The staff is so knowledgeable on all of their services and each of their unique amazing benefits. I did total body cryotherapy my first time at Peak and felt AMAZING after. I slept so great and I felt so good during my workouts following. I highly recommend Peak to everyone- whether you are an athlete, someone trying to reduce inflammation in your body or someone who just wants to relax! Peak has something for everyone.

I've visited Peak Recovery and Health Center twice, and both experiences were fantastic! As an athlete, recovery is SUPER important, and I know that I'll leave Peak feeling way better than when I arrived, ready to tackle my training and races! I had a super relaxing float in the float pod, and battled inflammation and fatigue with whole body cryo and photobiomodulation. All of the staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable, and the facility is a super clean and relaxing space. Already looking forward to my next visit!
