They made me an appointment transposed a digit on my insurance member number over the phone & then sent me away refusing to contact the insurance at the time of arrival to verify it was still active under the correct number. Even tho I was 30 minutes early for arrival & there were no other people present. She was just to lazy & rude to be bothered to verify the insurance of a patient in extreme pain with an infection the referring provider said may need a procedure asap & had put me on days of antibiotics to try to help because this clinics 1st available was a few days out. I was in so much pain with the wound worsening daily I offered to pay cash & allow the insurance to be straightened out later & was refused because she just didn’t want to work this morning. When she could just quietly enjoy her coffee in the empty clinic. My insurance can easily be verified online in minutes or by phone taking slightly longer due to hold times & phone queue waits but she obviously didn’t want to be bothered & just wanted to enjoy her coffee. My only other choice Is to pay hundreds more at the ER because I doubt I can find another wound care clinic that can get me in same day. This is the most insulting, callous, aggressive “medical professional” I’ve been in contact with in my life after 15 years experience in the medical field. Go anywhere else if your insurance allows it. They did call me the day before too late for me to call back before closing. I arrived 30 minutes early with cards & referral for things to be straightened out prior to the appointment she just didn’t want to bother.

My mother is seeking wound care at this location. Her experience so far has been terrible. This location referred her to the ER, she went to the ER and when there they told her wound care shouldn’t have sent her to ER and that she should go back to wound care. This place is a joke so far. Front desk staff think it’s funny or a joke that patient is in care is in pain. Will continue to update her experience. Good or bad.

Dr. John Garrison I'm convinced that this doctor is a GOD send. Dr. Garrison helped me when my health was at it's worse. On each of my visits I felt his caring energy, he made me feel listened and cared for. It is very difficult to find a doctor with such compassion nowadays and I'm glad GOD put him in my path. I'm forever grateful. 🙏A greatful man
