Dignity Health Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine Center - Henderson, NV

I’m extremely surprised to see only 3 stars on Google but it looks like that may be due to the provider being seen. I can only speak for NP Olga who is the only one there who does pediatric wound care. I’ve been bringing my teen daughter for 3 weeks now and I’m thoroughly satisfied with the care she has received from Olga and her team. Nurses Elaina and Michelle are amazing. The trio has given me more peace of mind than I could ask for and the progress we’re seeing in healing is giving me so much hope. Their bedside manner, and just how they treat my daughter, explain everything in detail to us both and go out of their way to make her feel comfortable is exceptional. Also, Cassandra at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming which is exactly what every facility needs as their frontman. *Or woman in this case ;)*

I had my first burn injury. Doctor Dominic Ricciardi, and staff took very good care of me during my healing process. From the office staff took very the nurses and the doctor, everyone was so very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. The best experience I have ever had at a doctor office. I highly recommend this office for wound care. Go team !!!! Thank you for helping me. 👊🏼💯

Dr. Dominic Ricciardi and his team were the most spectacular people to have on this wound care journey! I cannot express enough appreciation and admiration to this group of people. Dr. Dominic Ricciardi put my mind at ease and set realistic expectations about the whole process. The nurses and staff were incredible, personable, and beyond caring, always willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. I was so blessed that his staff was able to get me in and be seen as fast as I did. The body is capable of magical things but when you pair it with a top tier team, you will see just how truly amazing your body can heal. I will forever be grateful to this team 🙏

Doctors and nursing staff were super kind and caring. Had to go back a few times and they seemed very happy to help. Would recommend.

Today was my husband's first visit from a different wound care. The appointment was at 9:30 and I am still waiting on him to come out 2 hours later. While waiting, I thought I'd run in and use the restroom since we had almost an hour drive here and I have been waiting for 2 hours. All of the restrooms in the *lobby* are locked. For what doctors are charging for Healthcare, you'd think they could afford custodial services for the building. NV is a mess. If you are worried about paying patients using the restroom, you've got bigger issues that need to be addressed. SMH.
