Cryo Method

We were greeted warmly when we arrived. Started with 15min of red light therapy, followed by 40min in the sauna with Netflix to watch and ended with Intermediate level, 3min in the Cryo chamber. It was a wonderful experience all around! Had to come back the next day and will continue to!

Cryo Method is great! The PEMF treatment has helped me with many different aches and pains. They have multiple cutting edge passive therapies to help with the pain and inflammatory cycle, it’s great to have these available to the general public. As a Doctor of chiropractic I regularly tell my clients to check this place out and love it personally!

Today was my 1st visit. I thought it went well. Alex started me with the PEMF. Everything went well. I assumed I was doing the 14 day Unlimited for $59. But when I was done and checking out, I was informed that I had to pay $55 for the PEMF. That is not how to take care of business. I should have been given the option of that up front. So for that I'm very disappointed. I shared this with several friends, and they also thot this was very shoddy. An they would have been potential customers.

I tired the red light bed and loved it, ill be back! Also great customer service, I could tell he cared about the guest and wanted to make sure I had a great experience. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Wow! What an experience. I absolutely loved it. From the moment I walked in the door, they were very hospitable. They answered all my questions and then some. They were very friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the Cryo Chamber and the squeeze boots (Freeze and Squeeze). I work on concrete on my feet for 8 hours everyday. My legs and feet have been hurting for awhile. After one session of the Freeze and Squeeze, my feet feel amazingly better. I am going to make this a monthly thing if not weekly. I could not give a higher rating. I will be back!!!
