I just completed 40 hyperbaric sessions to treat bladder bleeding from radiation damage related to Agent Orange prostate cancer from service as a young Marine in Vietnam. The treatment was successful and the bleeding has stopped. Although I approached this experience with some trepidation because of the time commitment and driving distance (120 miles round trip), I was surprised at how smoothly everything went. Sandy at the reception desk took care of a glitch with the VA quickly and even bought a children’s book my wife and I wrote. I felt very comfortable with the staff and observed the mutual respect and genuine friendships shared among them. During 40 visits, this old veteran got good vibes from listening and watching these professionals work together. I have to give special recognition to Vicki, the primary person dealing with hyperbaric patients. If the hyperbaric department was a cruise ship, Vicki would be the captain, the social director, and first mate. Her professional demeanor blended perfectly with a refreshing sense of humor that made each visit a positive experience. I commend all of the staff for their patience and dedication to make me comfortable during the many treatments and well in the end. Dan Arnsan

I am doing Hyperbaric because I’ve had throat cancer and my oral surgeon insisted on Hyperbaric treatments or the extraction area may not heal. I’ve discovered that hyperbaric has helped in my cancer healing and shoulder replacement healing. Friends and family noticed that my skin looks better as the hyperbaric treatment can affect collagen and skin tone. The staff are sincerely caring. EVERY ONE OF THEM. It’s a happy place to come and you lay there and watch your favorite movies or TV series as your entire body is infused with Oxygen. You realize that you feel so much better. When my prescribed sessions are done I will be sad to leave as the staff are beyond any care you’ve experienced before. 5+ stars
