After visiting Mercy Urgent Care for a wound, I was referred. Courtney(?) at the front explained all of the forms in such caring detail. Paper work done, before I could sit, my name was called. Three people were waiting to check vitals, check meds, find out what's going on. It was a well oiled machine. If one had an issue, they traded. I felt like royalty. Then Dr German came in with his knowledge, as I don't know how I got the wound. We talked options. I chose the one to get the quickest result which was painful for about 15 seconds. He told me how to take care of the wound. We talked life and he moved on. Now 2 people came in and I was shown how to do what Dr German has explained AND everything was also written. Wound care...not fun, but this place is the place to go to be treated with respect and I believe this 6 week old wound is going to heal. Thanks to the whole team.

Words fail me to express my gratitude to Dr German and his staff. It is amazing how a staff so large can be universally outstanding from clerks to med techs, nurses, nurse practitioner and of course doctor German. Medical Care does not get any better than Mercy hyperbaric and wound center.

I had the best experience coming into the Ostomy clinic during a time of need with my ileostomy that I never imagined having. The compassion and support Bonnie, NP and the staff gave to me is indescribable and I’ll never be able to thank her enough. She knew exactly what supplies I needed to help me and my skin and it made taking care of myself so much easier and pain free.

These people were so friendly and helpful that I almost became skeptical. I crushed my foot at work and since work comp got involved, honestly I've been through hell and back. I've felt like I'm looked down upon because it's work comp and I have been treated with a complete lack of empathy or any compassion at all. Even been made to feel like asking for pain meds is a ridiculous request that only a druggie would make! I have plates and screws in my foot and the surgical wound got infected and is not healing right. I was in a pretty dark place today until I went here. They just treated me as a human being and assured me I was going to be ok. They went above and beyond with my wife and I explaining everything in detail and honestly just made me feel like a human being again I I just can not thank them enough.

Dr German and the women here literally saved my life! Very professional staff and they are like family to myself and my wife. They went beyond the call of duty to make me comfortable during all my trips here. Big shout out to all the staff especially Janet and Tammy and Gwen. Don’t know what I would have done without you. Both Professional and Personal at the same time and proud to call all of you friends forever.
