Mercy Hyperbaric and Wound Care - Southfork

Arrived at my appointment time which I had waited two weeks to get in with the doctor. They said that my appointment had been canceled online. I did not cancel my appointment online and one of the nurses said it was a glitch in the system, but I would have to wait another two weeks to get in to see the doctor. I have a very bad burn on my leg. I’ve already been on antibiotics and urgent cares that I definitely need to go to the center hoping I don’t get green before I’m able to get to see someone I won’t be going to this clinic ever.

We took my 104 MIL to the Wound Center, on 1-10-24. The professionalism, care, compassion and friendliness was above and beyond our expectations. The Staff, in particular Cathy Wittenauer explained all the procedures throughly and was amazing. The Nurse Practicioner Kelly Roberts explained everything to us in simple English. Everything was like clockwork. We are so thankful for these wonderful caring medical personnel at the Wound Center.

Great care, everyone was wonderful, especially the front desk lady, (sorry I'm terrible with names) can be long waits though, so be careful if you use a wheelchair. Mercy transportation was great service, but very bumpy. Wheelchair accessible inside and out, lots of room to move about which is nice. The staff I met always went above and beyond for me. Spinal cord injury with pressure sore treatment.
