You missed my point: how very courteous it wld be if this STUPID Google APP wld put your business's Location (City) on the Front of the ad with your Address instead of forcing me to go into each ad until I find WHERE you are located. The city should be listed BEFORE the address so it wld be apparent AT A GLANCE (City) whether or not you're close enough to visit. If a city is too far, the address info is useless to my search.

My experience at Vivo was really quite good. All my questions were answered, though I had to go to the FAQ section of the website. Like a lot of businesses these days, they are short staffed. The staff they do have are knowledgeable and patient. I’ll be going back..it’s part of my “self care”. Great!!

*Will edit if I’m contacted* I’ve been trying to book a session for months. No one answers the phone anymore. I’ve filled out the info card twice for new patients and when I called back to schedule an appointment I kept getting a voicemail. The location isn’t far from my job, so I stopped by a few times and every-time I do they’re closed and it’s mid day. I almost thought they went out of business.

From beginning to end this company was amazing, I did an online inquiry because I was at work and didn't really want to discuss my colon problems in my office. Hannah emailed me back super quickly and scheduled me for the end of the day which was amazing to get a same day appointment. They called me to even come in earlier which was perfect. Sheri was AMAZING, this was my first time and I was super nervous but she was super informative and sweet. It was a very private and clean place I felt super comfortable, she checked on me every 15 minutes which was awesome because I was nervous. She gave me my after care instructions and gave me different things that would help with my issues. I booked another appointment on the way out it was that amazing and UM THE FRONT DESK WOMAN WALKED ME TO MY CAR, MADE SURE MY CAR STARTED AND EVERYTHING. I'm already in love with all of them there. Check this place out you will not regret it.
