Staff was friendly and helpful. The sauna was excellent. 45 minutes at between 146-155 degrees. Great sweat. First try at cryotherapy. The experience was excellent. The staffs instructions were informative. 2:30 at -163 degrees. Very cool experience.

My experience was amazing as a first time client! Very clean and welcoming. The lady who greeted me was extremely nice! Showed me everything they offered. Gave a great tour made me feel very welcomed! The nurse was thorough in regards to my health which made me feel even more comfortable. My overall experience was a 10/10. I will be back! 😊

I have been a member for 6 months. My favorite service is cryotherapy, but I also enjoy red light, infrared sauna, IV drip, IM shots and compression. I definitely will be trying one of the facials next. The staff is exceptional! Always an enjoyable experience. It's a great place to treat yourself to a relaxing experience with loads.of benefits.
