DO NOT WASTE your time. The ignorance displayed during my drug test was frightening. This facility should not be even be allowed to collect drug samples. Extremely unprofessional. The clerk was so ignorant to the process that she did not know how to package the sample correctly. She did not wear gloves and was too afraid to touch the sample to package it appropriately which lead me to doing it myself. They gave me no paperwork to give to my employer and never had me fill out federal paperwork which is required for a majority of employers. Complete waste of money. They do not send the sample to an accredited lab either so your results most likely will not be accepted by your work or by the requesting party. DO NOT waste your time here.

Stay away from this place. If you are suffering from addiction or mental health conditions there are many other alternatives and solutions in our area. I will begin by saying if you take medication it is very difficult and nearly impossible to get a timely appointment with the doctor. All appointments with him are set up a month in advance and when you finish your current appointment you go onto a waiting list to be called for your next appointment because he does not have his following months schedule available. Then you depend on a person on the clerical staff to call to set up your next appointment, GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!!! (sarcasm). The doctors hours are very job unfriendly, which basically means if you would need to meet with him you need to do it during your work hours which requires time off of work. Second, the therapist here are terrible, the best way to explain it for me would be to say they are the used car salesman of the mental health industry. I attended therapy for over a year with two different counselors during this time. The first counselor I met with could not think her way out of a paper bag. The second counselor I begin seeing after 1 month of treatment I continued to see for about 11 months. She was not much better and found difficulty forming any kind of personal connection with. All in all my experience with Livonia counseling was a very unpleasant one. I found after months of treatment and devotion, thousands of dollars out of my own pocket nothing was getting better. I'm sorry to say that these people are bottom feeders in the mental health industry and should be approached with caution, if it all. I hope this review helps someone else and gets them started in the right direction without wasting any additional time, money and resources.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This place does not care about your HEALTH or WELLBEING. Receptionists are extremely rude, doctors are constantly pushing back appointments (its been months since ive spoken to my doctor), and my medications are never called in and I have to practically beg to get my medications refilled. Shame on the people working there

Constantly no showing and canceling appointments, doesn't take proper note of medication, is extremely forgetful. I've had to call them 5+ times a week to keep them on track it's honestly confusing and worrying.. I hope they see how many people they are hurting and putting at risk by being this unprofessional. If you can't do your job ask for help and work on fixing these issues, please.

I have only been going to this office for a couple of months and I would not recommend this provider. The physician no showed for 2 appointments and now I am running out of medication. I have left 5 phone calls with no response. This is not proper behavior for a medical facility.
