While I Rarely write any review, the attention I found here was Exemplary! Each of the staff-members I met were introduced as a family-member would be. Everyone had a genuine smile. So, Maddy took care of me efficiently and carefully. She showed me in, inspected the damage and dressed the wound with care. What more could I ask-for? HIGHLY recommended, especially for the times you’re unsure how to fix what was broken!

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ruben and his outstanding staff. You don't have to call or search any further. They can and will help you regardless of your condition. They helped me to heal my wound. I was very upset when I ended up with a serious infection in my foot that had begun to involve the bone. The very same day I was at my podiatrist office sitting in an examination chair, they called and asked if the staff at Encompass Healthcare could see me. They agreed and saw me the same day! I rushed over and ended up starting treatment the very same day. The welcoming staff, from Kitty who initially greeted me, to Shea, Matt, Chris, and many others, immediately put me at ease. And Dr. Madeline (Maddy) A. Paquette gave me assurances that they could assist me, helping to calm me down. She was right and I will be forever grateful. It is also of note to know that in addition to a vast array of medical equipment, they also operate onsite, several Hyperbaric Chambers rounding out their reputation as a cutting edge wound care and health care facility. And this is all in a very comfortable, very welcoming, and very friendly, private facility without the risks of being in a hospital, that is open 7 days a week! Because of a fall injury, I was left with a leg wound that would not heal. After 8 weeks of doctor appointments the wound showed no improvement. Called Dr Ruben’s office for an appointment, it was the best call I ever made! From the very first visit, I met the most caring group of Doctors, technicians and office staff, who all felt like they were family. The wound improved with every visit. I highly recommend Encompass Health Care for any wound treatment!!

Dr. Ruben and his staff are absolutely Top Notch. The care that I received from each person at Encompass was truly 2nd to None. Dr. Ruben went above and beyond to make sure that my wound was treated properly, including a procedure that he performed late in the afternoon on a Sunday! The attention that I received by each person at Encompass addressed my individual needs in a manner that was warm and encouraging. Encompass is a place where the care provided for the patients is only exceeded by how much the staff cares about the people they treat. Dr. Ruben is a Special Doctor, and Encompass is a one of a kind facility for wound care. I cannot recommend them enough!
