The Beaumont Hyperbaric Medicine Center is one of the largest hyperbaric programs in the country. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a rapidly growing treatment that is used to help heal the most difficult and costly wounds. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy provides a delivery of 100% oxygen at greater than normal pressure. HBOT is an outpatient procedure that is provided once or twice daily, for approximately four to six weeks. One treatment lasts approximately two hours.
