Had a great experience with the entire staff! My 8yr old son needed help urgently, I live nearby and was aware of them, but usually went to my pediatrician with my son's issues, I wish I could remember all there names. From the gentleman at the intake, the nurse, the Dr. And the social worker. All were very kind, all seemed very caring and sensitive to my son's needs, they did more in 3 hours than 2 years of therapy, high price psychiatrists, and multiple visits to an ER did ever. Dr. VIJAYAKUMA, Thank you for the call to my pediatrician! And the consultation with her! I can't tell you how much that meant to me.. if the caring and compassion they showed my son is any indication of how they operate, don't hesitate to take your child to them. Thank you all again.

Wonderful experience. Calm, kind, helpful staff members. They let us know the process ahead of time and made sure it was understood and agreed upon. It took a little over two hours - which is very worth it when any other psych has a month plus waiting list. Medication was received and a plan put together for follow up care. Very pleased.

After reading all the negative reviews and details of bad experiences at this clinic, I was so nervous about taking my loved one there that I didn't even share the information because I thought it could cause her some real anxiety. The problem was that we had very few other options because she needed medication and was told she might have to wait for it as long as thirty days -- which could have been extremely bad for her, emotionally. I was fully prepared to walk out the door after arriving, but my loved one was greeted in a very professional way, processed for treatment, and told everything she should expect. The staff seemed concerned and genuinely attentive. My loved one received evaluations and got her prescriptions by the time we left the clinic. The only down side was a long wait of about three hours for the whole process to be completed, but we were told it could take between 2 and 4 hours when we arrived. It's best to visit early in the morning if you're in a position to schedule the time.

Upon entering the building the doors were locked. You have to be buzzed in. The atmosphere is not calming, it felt dark and dreary. I had to ask the guy if I had just gotten stuck there because it was suggested I go just to off load so stuff that I’m struggling with badly. He said well just to let you know that once your info is entered into the system you will be stuck here until a doctor releases you. And there was a 4-6 hour wait just to be seen. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Crisis implies much needed help immediately. Staff could have been there to talk with me until a doc was available but they weren’t no one was. They let me down!

I never had any issues with the staff, except if they were learning, they were slower, the only issue is wait time. There were times I was waiting on social worker ,who had nothing going on, which I know they deal w several different things, but she was in and out, joking, talking w others about personal things. It's annoying when yr the next person in line.
