Tue April 15, 2024 I accompanied my best friend to their doctor's appointment with Dr. Bindesh K. Patel. My Bestie was expressing his concerns about previous treatments and asking Dr. Patel to get a better understanding for other possible treatment options. Dr. Patel was short and rude. Dr. Patel told him that he had taken to long to comeback. That he never informed or made Dr. Patel or his staff aware of any problems that he was experiencing. My Friend told Dr. Patel that he did in fact call the office to make him aware of what was going on. He informed Dr. Patel that his issue had recently gotten worse. That he was in a lot of pain and discomfort, so He made an appointment. He also informed Dr. Patel that he had been waiting a month for his April 15 appointment. Dr. Patel's exact response was that's "BULLS___!!!" I have holes all in my schedule. I'm here all the time they would've got you in within 3 days. Then his nurse I'm assuming chimed in agreeing. The level of UNPROFESSIONALISM was unreal. I have never heard any medical professional speak to a patient with that language. It was unprovoked and extremely unnecessary. Dr. Patel showed no concern. He was rude and lacked compassion. A patient has a right to ask questions and express concerns about their health. I wish I could have given him 0 stars. This behavior is unacceptable. Especially from a person who has taken an oath to be in health care industry. Dr. Patel and his nurse need to do better.

I’m going to the center before, but they gave me a packet that was thick as a magazine. I’m dyslexic. So I asked for the office manager, the person I asked, was the office manager. Her name is “Jennifer”, I asked to speak to her in private, and then told her I was “dyslexic”. Her face snarled and she told me I need to bring someone with me and she would not help me and I’ll just have to reschedule. I explained to her that most doctors office’s have someone else to fill it out and I’ll do the Signiture part. One of the nurses overheard the conversation and came out to talk to me, they worked it out, but I am very unhappy with the way Jeniffer handled me. I believe office managers are there to handle situation like this and not send a personal way that’s been waiting for a month for an appointment. I also explained to them that I was dyslexic over the phone and the receptionist said OK. I want to totally bash the wound care system, but they shouldn’t have a person like her handling the front office.
