I'm a little claustrophobic and was also apprehensive about the treatment. After many questions and looking at the different style chambers I choose the individual chamber. After 2 sessions in the chamber I finally worked out with the help of the staff how to equalize the ear's to the pressures. After that it was a breeze . I had my your own individual Tv there with most of the streaming services so you can watch pretty much what you want. Rose and all the staff were Absolutely Great at making sure I felt comfortable, answered any questions or concerns I had including billing health insurance etc, really helped with my constantly changing timetable, they made it enjoyable to go there. I'd just like to say it was extremely clean, well kept, a comforting environment and a easy location to travel to and from. I would highly recommend this establishment. Martin.

Cannot say enough about this place - the staff (even the 'behind the scenes medical/insurance people in NY office!) went WAY ABOVE and beyond to get me in here for emergency medical reasons. The Clinical Director, Rosemary, understood the urgency of my need and opened it for me ON A WEEKEND - who does that?? The team is attentive, caring, professional - they make sure your experience in the chamber is SAFE, COMFORTABLE, RELAXING - the best it can be. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you're on the fence, jump off - COME TRY IT! PS! My surgeon was so pleased with the results of my incision/skin post-visits in the chamber... its worth the time investment.

Excellent staff including Rose, Brenda and Bruce. Exceedingly professional and compassionate to each and every patient. Compared to mono module HBO, the chamber is far more comfortable for those uncomfortable with close quarters. Very pleasant and caring team of professionals. My wife has been in excellent hands throughout weeks of treatments. Thank you.
