Escorted home care client for evaluation of respiratory symptoms and high blood pressure. Joy at the desk was pleasant, professional and courteous. Xray tech and EKG/lab tech were skilled and kind. Nurse Jen was excellent, thorough, kind. Dr. Pierce was also thorough and professional. The facility is clean and spacious. Very good experience for my client who was not feeling very well.

Had a perfect experience here this evening for minor illness. Quick and efficient check in. New and clean! Friendly and competent tech, nurse, and MD. It was a FAR different experience than any other urgent care that I visited locally. Could not recommend it more! A great addition to our community

They were great. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. They took me right in with no waiting. Staff was super professional and tested my sinusitis quickly.

Highly recommended! My husband was suffering from a nasty stomach bug and the clinicians were very thorough and friendly. They gave my husband an IV and did blood work. Will be our go to urgent care even though we live 20 min away!

I have visited the clinic several times. Each time every member of the staff has been courteous, efficient, thoughtful, professional and respectful. They have also always taken the time to brainstorm all of the possible factors that might be creating my not so obvious problem. They always validated my concerns and nerves. One of the doctors emailed my PCP to elaborate on what was in the visit summary. My PCP was really appreciated of Dr Cooper-Smith’s diligence and collaborative intent. I don’t think I could receive better care.
