BILH Urgent Care - Watertown

I was very pleased with the care I received from the Beth Israel Lahey Health Urgent Care in Watertown. I was seen in a timely manner by courteous personnel, from the front office staff through the attending physician. My concerns were listened to thoroughly and at no time did I feel rushed. The nurse who attended to me was very professional In his manner and explanations. I hope to not have to avail myself of their services in the future, but, should I need to, I would not hesitate to do so.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this urgent care truly deserves it. From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was amazing. The two women at the front desk were super friendly and welcoming, which already made me feel better despite my situation. Dr. Jordan Spector stitched my hand quickly, cleanly, and with zero pain — total pro. Jennifer, the nurse, was incredibly gentle and efficient with the wound cleaning and the shot. Everything was done with care, precision, and respect. The clinic itself is new, spotless, and very comfortable. Even with an injured hand, it felt good to be there — that says a lot. Huge thanks and respect to the entire team. I highly recommend this place and will keep recommending it. You all made a stressful moment feel safe and human. Thank you again!

WELCOME to Watertown to BILH Urgent Care from this happy patient. Gorgeous facility and fully equipped. The clinicians are fantastic. I don't have all their names but Nurse Carter and Dr. Maselli were the primary team that treated me last weekend. The Radiology Technician is awesome too as is the front desk staff. This spot is much needed in Watertown and no one should hesitate to try the place. It's a super professional team that is clearly knowledgeable and they work seamlessly to treat you quickly, thoroughly, and kindly. They don't make you feel rushed over questions or concerns. We are so grateful for this important addition to our town.

Staff are very friendly. They have a physician on site, which I find more reassuring compared to other urgent care facilities.
