Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care – Watertown

My provider is wonderful here, but the front desk is horrible and does not answer the phone. I had an important question I had to call back three times for just to get some type of answer and the last time I called I was on hold for over an hour. Terrible service and it’s very upsetting as a patient.

All the staff are very friendly and professional, and they are attentive to helping patients. It is the first urgent care center I have visited that offers high-quality care and facilities. I am happy to have found it!

I've followed Dr. Barna from 2 other locations, she's been my PCP for over 6 years. She listens to you and gives me hopeful advice during my appointments. This new location in Watertown is convenient and has parking across the street and even has a lab within the office for bloodwork which is a huge convenience. Claude the Phlebotomist is wonderful, he is very quick and painless.

Dr. Rosario is very thoughtful and patient. The staff was great and professional. Make sure to park across the street (not behind the building).
