Atrius Health Watertown

For the first time in a very long time (probably over 25 years), I feel like I'm actually being heard by my healthcare providers instead of being rushed or dismissed. That alone has made a huge difference. A big thank you to Dr. Natarajan for taking the time to listen and helping me put the pieces together. I'd also like to recognize the wonderful staff, including the nurses, Sarah, Dimitri, and other PAs and NPs I've seen. Everyone has been kind, thorough, prepared, and genuinely interested in helping. You never feel like you're just another patient on the schedule. You feel like a person, and sadly, that's rare these days. I highly recommend Atrius Health in Watertown.

It was a nightmare getting a referral. My husband lost days of work because of a pre-scheduled appointment at a clinic he had chosen, and which his insurance covered without any problems. However, the referral department refused to send the necessary information because "they preferred that we use their network." Endless phone calls, a terrible experience. The doctor was very nice, but the referral staff's actions led my husband to decide to switch clinics. It's not worth having health insurance that you pay for yourself if they limit you to using only the services they choose for their own convenience. I don't think that's ethical.

I had accidentally gone to the Watertown location after booking at Kenmore, and the internal medicine staff was wonderful! They helped me see a NP at the location within only a few minutes. The NP I met with, Dimitri Lamisere, was kind, thorough and polite, even though he was taking time out of his day when I didn't have an appointment at the location.

Waited 20 minutes to get blood drawn even though I made an appointment, and several people without an appointment were seen before me. I was only seen after I went up and asked the woman at the desk. Phlebotomist also struggled to find my blood vein and vein closed up after drawing the first vial of blood. Was cold and not competent

This is a place of business not of health. The staff is rude. Their policy will cause undue stress. Making money is the primary goal here. Copay or hit the road. Please go somewhere where you aren't just a number.
