Yuliya is amazing. I went to her with plantar fasciitis and she helped relieve the pain and also gave me tips for at home stretching, cupping etc and gentle reminders to be patient and listen to how my body is feeling instead of pushing through. At Yuliya sessions she starts with a relaxing portion where you close your eyes and rest for a few minutes with various needles and then she starts with a personalized treatment just for you.
