I have been seeing Dr. Belgin in the Wound Center. I have been seeing podiatrists since January to address the ulcer in my foot, without any results. After 3 weeks it was healed. I’m not saying that it was solely because of Dr. Belgin, but I will say that his methodology of involving me in every step in the progress made me feel he cared about my input and involvement.

I experienced sheer rudeness when trying to make an appointment 30+ days into the future. 7 am appointments don’t work with my schedule; perhaps they need to consider hiring more therapists if every other time slot in August in already booked.

I thought everything was going great, we were getting smaller wounds healed as they came up. But, once we had a big wound come up, I was having issues with it getting worse. I called the office to let them know what was going on. They told me to go to urgent care, I went to the ER instead, cause something didn't sit right with me going to urgent care. Thank God I didn't listen to them, cause it turned out that my wound was so bad the tailbone was showing and the bone and tissue were infected. Worst information I was given.... For your own safety and health DO NOT GO TO THEM!

I had a diabetic ulcer on my left foot back in Sept 2023. I first visit was scarey because I was afraid I was going to lose my foot. Dr. Brian Belgim assured me he was going to do everything possible for me. Many weeks of treatments at the Wound Center it finally healed. The ulcer came back and again going to the wound center. Every Nurse goes above and beyond to take care of you and I am pretty sure I have seen them all. Dr. Belgim is top notch.

0 stars for communication. It's difficult to get someone to answer the phone and you have to follow up consistently to stay on track with the treatment plan. I saw a doctor on July 10 and someone was supposed to contact me to schedule my first appt for treatment. It's August 19 and I've attempted to call several times, left messages, no return call.
