Sure enough: Came in for surgery on my left hand -- but the procedure was listed as being my on right hand on the board and in half the documents in my binder (while others in the same binder said left). Ooooops. Doesn't inspire confidence.

I take a client here for her wound. Unfortunately this place doesn't accommodate disabled people toilets way to low and way to close to the wall it's dangerous.
