I visited for a session in the CryoBuilt Everest chamber and followed it up with some Red Light Therapy, and I’ve never felt more energized. The facility is sleek, modern, and incredibly clean. Went for an IV Therapy since I wasn’t feeling well and wanted to be at my best for a conference while on the road. Yas and Cate were fantastic and took great care of me. The facilities were clean and well designed. Very comfortable place. I’d come back anytime. Thanks for the great service.

I have been to this facility many times over the last several months and I am always pleased with each experience, even if trying something new. My recent favs are the saunas! They are located in private suite spaces with cool towels in your room so you don't have to worry about overheating, and can take breaks as needed during your session. You also have your choice of playlist through the speakers or bring your own device/headphones. I usually use the time in the sauna for a heated stretch and deep breath work. I also recommend all other services, as the team is professional and the facility houses state of the art equipment.
