Restore Hyper Wellness

Right before Christmas, I was feeling cruddy & didn’t want to deal with the allergies during the holidays. I found this amazing place, I had a sauna session + and IV drip. Let me tell you….I woke up the next day feeling 100% CURED! I couldn’t believe the results. Although I was feeling down, the relaxation was amazing. The sauna room was so clean, and the shower products for after your session were so nice! I don’t have a membership, ONLY because I am moving out of Louisville within the next month. But if I weren’t, signing up would be amazing. This would be the best investment in yourself!

PLEASE provide better training and resources for the nursing staff . While most people might be an easy IV stick , this isn’t a one size fits all solution for every customer for a medical based treatment . 75% of my previous visits have resulted in blown veins , extreme pain , multiple sticks , and having to make multiple trips to the location when certain nurses are working . This last statement is very important , as when certain nurses are working i have no trouble. My last 2 visits the nurse could not get IVs into other customers , resulting in multiple sticks . THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. My last visit to restore resulted in a visit to my PCP because the blown vein was so painful , i could not lift my arm.

I frequent the Carmel (Charlotte, NC) location & not once have I been failed! The staff/crew are very friendly and informative. There are always great offers/deals on services. The environment is clean & well kept. I mainly go for Cryo & Compression & come out feeling soooo amazing every time! I’m definitely looking forward to broadening my horizons & trying other services this year & going forward. I’m going in year four & have my membership! What are you waiting for? Go check them out & invest in greater health!

Such a great studio! I found this place and tried the infrared sauna which is fantastic. I am looking forward to trying their other services!! I highly recommend to anyone looking to treating their mind and body well.

The staff and the environment is amazing at restore. I could not be more happy and satisfied when I leave. I’m so glad to have an amazing Health place near me, the service they offer are super important not only for your physical well-being but your mental well-being . Everyone should take advantage of going to visit them
