Norton Wound Care at Audubon was amazing. I had Dr. Schuster as my physician and we was absolutely wonderful. He and his team are well versed in wounds and the pain that comes with them. I had a venous ulcer open on me that I could not take care of and they took me in--took care me-- and helped me get healed. I felt seen and heard and this office and I felt like my condition was no longer helpless. If you suffer from venous ulcers something CAN be done and it starts here. ❤️❤️❤️

I want to enter a complaint . First of all I called your office Friday to sent up an appointment with Norton Browsboro wound center. I have been a loyal customer for many years and just recently released from Rehab! I was met with almost the rudest person with a attitude!,when I asked her To put me to the person who does the Scheduling. One thing led to another. She informed me in a very rude way and advised me she was the person who does The schedule I tried to explain I had been In rehab for65 days and just had been relished. That before I went to Rehab I had just been released from Norton wound center at Browsboro. Things got Continuously worst.She never once tried to explain the reason you guys had more Than one person doing scheduling. I walked out of there several times before The only people I have had luck with there Is Dr Sharp and Dr.Neil Schulster who l mite add was the very best Dr. l have ever met at Nortons. I don’t know Dr. Blue yet . Except with one visit! I can go on and on about the good and bad

This is the best wound care center around, I couldn't have been happier with my care. Dr. Schuster and his nurses are very friendly, helpful, and just care about their patients, which is very rare these days! They saved my life and I will forever be grateful!
