Amazing facility! Wonderful staff! Friendly and outgoing and do not rush you at all. Very well informed and give good instructions on how to use the float pod. Considerate of their clients, they have products available for you to use after your sessions to freshen up. Love it!!

Lovely, clean, spot that has wonderful folks running it. The float pods are very relaxing and definitely an acquired meditative practice! I did 60 minutes and while it was hard to stay still and calm for that long, they told me it was something I have to work up to for the best results! The infrared sauna was amazing and can get up to 180 degrees, I believe! I like very hot, Finnish style saunas so will definitely be coming back!

Melissa is a professional all the way around and so thoughtful in her therapy techniques. I love that she offers a variety of services, many of which are hard to find elsewhere! I’ve been treating with her for myofascial release and have felt an immediate difference in body tension after each session. Would highly recommend!
