Evolution Wellness is absolutely the best! I was with my last provider for over 2 decades. And leaving was not an easy decision. With that said. It was the best thing I could do for my health. Emma works hard to make sure every stone is turned over to make sure I am being taken care of. She truly cares about my well being. So thankful I made the change. I highly recommend Evolution Wellness and Primary care!!

I love the Evolution team! I’ve been seeing Brittany since 2024 and she has been amazing as my primary care provider. She always makes me feel heard and seen at each visit. I highly recommend seeing her if you feel like in the past you have not been listened to or taken seriously by other providers. I must share my first experience with Evolution Wellness - what a wonderful first visit - Tara Ford was so understanding of my issues and let me know that we were going to figure it all out and get me on the right path - so appreciative !! able to get started on meds that my insurance did not cover - and oh my - got labs drawn this morning - and I literally didn’t even know she had stuck me -The staff were so friendly as well - if you are in need of a primary care - or need some help with hormone replacement or weight loss assistance - this is your place to go !!!!!!

I have been going to Evolution wellness for 6 months now and my only problem is I wish I’d gone sooner! Emma Gilliam is understanding, kind, and goes above and beyond for her patients. I truly have never felt better and more comfortable with my health! I would give 10 stars if I could! Not to mention - the staff in the front office and the girls in the lab are always so kind and quick to help!

I was not feeling like myself and had no motivation at all. Jamie helped me to figure out what medication would be best for me. Since getting on the correct medication it has helped me to feel so much better. I appreciate the time spent with me to make sure I reviews what I needed to make me feel better.
