The staff and providers at Evolution Wellness are amazing. They truly care about their patients and I love that my care is tailored to me and from a holistic approach. I am so thankful I found Brittany and team. They have changed my life.

I love the Evolution team! I’ve been seeing Brittany since 2024 and she has been amazing as my primary care provider. She always makes me feel heard and seen at each visit. I highly recommend seeing her if you feel like in the past you have not been listened to or taken seriously by other providers. She will go above and beyond to ensure you are receiving the care you need.

I love this group and everything they stand for. I was having some major problems for months and don’t ever ask for help. I see Emma and just talking with her she made me feel comfortable and not crazy! Finally have some answers! Highly recommend!

My Son has Asperger's and my wife scheduled a appointment so they could sign a paper for his driving lessons from puzzle pieces. My wife took a day off of work for the nurse practitioner to NOT sign the papers needed, but referred my son to another doctor/ nurse practitioner. They don't care about patients. The still did the exam and charged us for it. So now we have to find another doctor and delay the life lessons he so desperately wants and needs. Ridiculous.

Amazing staff and team! They aren't looking to put a "band-aid" over your issues, but rather find the root cause and heal the problem! We trust our entire family with them. I joking tell people that if Jamie moved to another state, we would have to visit her there for our care!
