This place from the receptionist, nurses and dr treated me like gold and explained everything to me so I would understand what I needed to do improve my situation. The dr is really straight forward but I promise you he has your best interest in mind. I would give this place.a 100 if it was an option. I highly recommend this place

First office visit good was good. Second office visit for procedure not so good. Was taken back from the lobby to wait for my procedure and waited almost an hour with no one informing me that the doctor was running behind. Appointment scheduled for a one month follow up And I wanted to move the follow up to an earlier appointment. The appointment was moved, but was not told that my insurance would not cover the procedure earlier than the one month. I went in for the early appointment taken back for the scan got all prepped, and then was told that the procedure could not be done Because it was too early. So had to reschedule the appointment back to the previous appointment and wait for the one month follow up.. Got to the office for the one month follow up and possible release from the doctor. Was taken back to the area to wait to be called back. I’ve been sitting there for a few minutes when I heard one of the girls say that I needed to be called back to be seen and follow up. Heard one of the girls go to the lobby. Call my name, then come back and report to them that no one was in the lobby where I had been sitting there waiting for them to call me back for the follow up appointment. I think they need a little help with some organization. doctor. Sebastian was fine appreciate what he did But do you believe they need some help with some of the other processes in the office.

Dr Sebastian and staff are very thorough. Staff takes the time to ask and discuss with you all medical condition. Making sure we have everything needed for a positive outcome. Waiting time from sign in to exiting was maybe 30 minutes, you're brought promptly in, scanned, and spoken with dr. Then out the door.

Very friendly, Dr. Sébastien is just awesome, very detailed in explaining exactly what procedures and treatments they will be doing. I was very pleased with my whole appointment.
