Iowa HBOT has been amazing for my overall health and physical well being. I’ve started to notice a reduction in my joint pain after sessions. I look forward to seeing where this continued practice takes me.

The staff here are so kind, caring and friendly. I feel welcome and seen as a person not a patient whenever I'm there. The practice is very forward thinking in their approach to wellness. Their goal is to get my body back in to optimum health so I no longer need to go there. The opposite of treating illness! My PT, Sarah, is a miracle worker! To tell you the truth, I was a bit skeptical about the initial simple exercises she prescribed for my neck, shoulder and back pain. But after 3 weeks of intense pain that wouldn't subside, I was willing to give anything a shot. Within a few days of doing these exercises (I can't even call them exercises, they're so easy and not time consuming!), the pain was almost completely gone. Best of all, she listens and adjusts based on what my body is telling us. She treats me as an intelligent adult, explaining what she's doing and what she recommends and why. Now we're working on rebuilding my strength so the pain doesn't return.
