The staff was very nice, and helpful . Got some extensive blood work done to see a more detailed explanation of my heart health. The NP that gave me my evaluation was very kind and thorough in the reading of my results. He was in excellent shape also which to me means he’s living his own advice. All in all my experience was great. I did have some trouble trying to create a profile so I could see my lab results online but one of the staff helped me get that corrected.. if your wanting a more accurate assessment of your health,I would definitely recommend Optimize U.😊

A MUST VISIT!! I absolutely adore everyone here!! Carla has done my husband’s IVs twice now, and he’s normally just a super difficult, “stick” BUT Carla is incredible!!! She is able to get his IV going, flawlessly!! I didn’t even feel mine go in, each time she’s done mine!! Carla is very knowledgeable, compassionate and easy to talk to!! 10/10!! I also have to tell you that THIS is the place to get your lashes done!! I’ve been all over the area, been getting them done for years- and Trinity is the ONLY person who has done them right!!! She understood that I was tired of thick, black, heavy lashes… and gave the most natural but beautiful set that I’ve ever had!! Another 10/10!!! Everyone here is so kind, and they take time to listen to you! There are so many other services here that I have not tried yet, because I only found them recently…. but we’re talking cold plunges, facials, sauna, etc. etc… Check out their list!! When I was extremely sick with sinus issues a couple of months ago, nothing else would work, I was taking a ton of meds- I was on my third round of antibiotics and my second round of steroids was finished, and I came in here. I got the Mega Boost, plus Zinc, and the very next day my headache started to lesson quite a bit, then the next day- I FELT AMAZING!!! I’m sure I will add to this review once I have done more here, but if you’re debating on where to go for an IV or to get your lashes done- Search no further! This place offers such a variety of services, it’s a one stop shop!!!

Derek is a rock star and optimize u should be grateful to have him on staff. He had the chance to bs me about how they could help me but after carefully understanding my 20 year diabetic situation realized there were no guarantees and chose to just advise me on what he really thought was going on with me. Honestly this is rare and while I didn’t sign up for the monthly plan or to continue treatments from this facility. Derek made sure the door is always open to reevaluate in a few months while I try a few other options already in process by my Dr. Kudos for not trying to pressure me into something I wasn’t ready for and by the way. The blood work they did on me gave them a lot of opportunities to try and help me. The timing just wasn’t right for me. Cheers to the integrity of a first class business and to Derek, who is a stand up, shoot em straight, hi integrity person working for an amazing organization that will no doubt change many lives for the better.
