They do such a great job here. Everyone is super helpful. From the first day I stepped in the door to almost a year and a half, I’ve never felt judged or actually even ever thought of that till just now when thinking about writing this review and how to explain them. Real numbers: For background I’m 6’4” and when I started at optimize U I was 306 lbs with 31% body fat. My wife and I love good food, love traveling and enjoy great cocktails. So counter balance is big to be able to live our lives. I’m pretty active. I sell real estate so I’m about half out and about and half office, I workout M-F (about 75% of the time if I’m honest) for about an hour lifting weights and I do some sauna. Started noticing that workouts were exhausting, got to be harder to get rid of weight. Had some friends that went here and swore by it. Thought I’d give it a try. I like that their goal is to help you feel the best, not just help you when you get sick. That’s what I’ve been looking for. They start with initial bloodwork and honestly their onboarding process felt a little cumbersome (shortly after they opened) but mostly because they weren’t selling anything or pushing anything. It was all about my and how I was feeling and gave me some steps to get more consistent at. Now just a year and a half later 275 with 25% body fat. Most importantly I feel better. Post workout (I don’t take any pre workout or anything) I still have energy. Every time I’ve ever had questions they have been great helping me get the answers. Most importantly I feel energetically better. Have more energy, more focus and able to be more productive. Even got through winters without have one of those winter blues days. Now when their building was on 41 it was so much more convenient than in Newburgh but their new location is awesome inside. So if you guys ever expand a recovery style center place closer to like downtown for like a cold plunge, real sauna, hot tub setup that would be amazing… just saying. Could start building some community around it.

The staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable. Jessica took a lot of time going over my family history, my concerns, and explaining the treatment. I started my treatment yesterday and woke up with no knee pain this morning. Maybe, it just a good day. That was a bonus because I didn't go to Optimize U for knee pain. I absolutely love optimize U. I was struggling with menopause and stopped in to see what they could offer. They took blood work and started me on hormone therapy. I have never felt better in my life. I threw my back out on a Wednesday, went in for a cold plunge for the next couple of days, talked to Sara and she recommended a peptide to take to promote healing. I started peptide and within 3 days my back is almost free of pain. NEVER have I ever healed this quickly. The entire staff is so helpful and friendly. They take great thorough care of their patients.

The customer service from day 1 was exceptional. We had some miscommunication along the way but Trinity was quick to get it cleared up. Derek was super easy to talk to and explained everything well and answered any questions. I'm looking very forward to working with them on my journey.
