Cryotherapy Indy

When I came here for my floatation therapy session, I couldn’t really relax and let my mind wander because there was staff talking loudly outside the door of the room I was in, even with the tank lid shut I could still hear them. I was really excited to try floatation therapy but they completely ruined the experience. I won’t be back.

Over all great experience. After our pick 3 package I felt alive and energized. The cryotherapy hurt a little at first, but it's worth it to hang in there. I've never felt so rejuvenated. The workers there were amazingly friendly and very knowledgeable. They helped answer questions and calmed any anxieties. Very clean and professional place. Would love to visit again!

Paid for floatation therapy session and sauna session but when I finished the float tank session they said they couldn't find anywhere in their system that I had a sauna session, they said they couldn't do anything for me including refund so I had to just let it go after arguing with them for a while. Haven't went back since. Definitely an expensive float session and costly mistake coming here!

The FLOAT therapy (A TUB CAPSULE FULL WITH SALT) might be so amazing but the experience at the office was really impersonal. I received this as a gift for my 26th anniversary gift, and I was there for the first time, I was recommended to do it for all the benefits but when I went there, I was not sure what to do and what to expect. The office was nicely decorated, the staff was prompt to assist but there was something missing. I think the price was not bad, but my opinion is that a little more effort in connect with the customer and more explanation is needed and will be very appreciated.
