I’ve never been treated like “Royalty” until I met this group of earthly angels. Their presence, knowledge, experience, and professionalism is certainly a far cut above other patient care and medical services. The “average Joe” would think he’s in sitting in the wrong office by the way staff speaks, communicates, and respects their patients. Very efficient and I highly recommend their services.

I absolutely love this team they all are very caring . And very patient with me . Everyone is so kind from the front desk to the nurses. I was able to have surgery thanks to them . Even though the problem is not completely resolved it’s much much better than it was and no infection! They are great here would recommend them to everyone.

Customer service is terrible. They don’t want to help you solve your problem they just want to get you out the office or off the phone. No bedside manner or hospitality - as should be required in this field - whatsoever.

I had my first visit to this facility this morning. While trying to find the Davis bldg inside the hospital was a little challenging, the search was well worth it. The wait area, bathroom and exam rooms were very clean and orderly. However, the friendliness, professionalism and competency of the staff made my morning a five star experience. I have been experiencing significant pain due to an abdominal wound that had been surgically opened and later closed. My incision is still not fully closed 4 weeks post op. Professional medical help for my daily pain and open wound was elusive as neither my surgeon nor a recent visit to a hospital's ER provided remedy or relief. I arrived at the Wound Center this morning bent over in pain and despondent about my medical condition and the negative impact it has had on my family and me. Dr. Armour and nurse Marion Waugh treated both my body and my spirit. I left their center this morning walking in an upright position, with no pain at all ( no pain meds were used).I had information and supplies to treat my wound at home and I have total confidence that I will make a complete recovery and be made whole again. The front desk reception was also a gem but I don't recall her name. I am so very grateful to have experienced such caring healthcare professionals who know their professional well, enjoy the work they do and help patients get their lives back. As much as I hate traveling into downtown Atlanta, I look forward to my next appointment in 2 weeks.

We simply cannot praise this practice highly enough and would give 10 stars if that were an option. My wife had been suffering with a venous stasis ulcer for a year and a half and had been receiving decidedly sub-standard care at another hospital's wound care center (Northside Gwinnett - to be avoided at all costs). We chose Piedmont based solely on internet reviews and we are so glad we did so. The difference was like night and day and she began to improve almost from the first visit. The advanced techniques utilized by Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center at Piedmont Atlanta made our previous experience seem outdated and even barbaric by comparison. This is THE place to go if you need help with healing a chronic wound. We have nothing but praise for Dr. Kaufman and his staff of caring and professional nurses and techs - They are the very finest you will find anywhere and are truly dedicated to helping patients heal. After less than six months at Piedmont my wife was completely healed. This is truly remarkable as we had come very close to giving up after our experience at the previous joke of a wound center. Again, if you have been told elsewhere your chronic wound cannot be healed, go to this wound center. They will help you and restore your faith in the medical profession.
