Restore Hyper Wellness

It had been a while since my last visit, so I was overdue for a return. Cryotherapy is incredibly calming and has a range of benefits that make it a staple in my wellness routine. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and offered helpful suggestions about which services would best suit my needs. I was able to fit in a quick session before noon, which was perfect timing. After heading to the prep room to put on socks and gloves, I was ready to go. The actual cryotherapy session was three minutes, and while it flew by, it was wonderfully refreshing. One standout feature of this place is their attention to safety—they take the extra step of checking your temperature both before and after the session. I come to this place 3x/week. This is the future of health and recovery. As we age our bodies break down more quickly. You cannot have a quick recovery without using these methods. It has been very clear and obvious that the new owner of 1 year has improved and maintained all the equipment. Beautiful, clean environment. I recently had a left hip replacement surgery. In conjunction with the Physical Therapy, I did a number of sessions at the Restore Avalon studio. The HBOT Oxygen chamber, infrared sauna, local and full body Cryotherapy really helped with the inflammation and the healing process and the IV drips were beneficial to flush the meds that I was on. I highly recommend Restore for whatever your needs are. I am fully functional with no swelling or limp and back in business in less than 3 weeks! What a great experience!! Best experience ever!!! Every staff member I interacted with made my experience so special. I felt like a wellness princess throughout the entirety of my visit! I absolutely loved everything I tried, especially the compression. I liked how Shannon described the process in great detail and helped me understand the treatments I was receiving + their benefits.
