The owner's response about 'safety' is a deflection. True safety protocols don't include violating HIPAA by conditioning my medical treatment on signing marketing releases for third parties. Nor does it include lying to my primary doctor by claiming I 'refused an assessment' when I actually refused to sign away my privacy for a treatment that their own 7-day delay had already rendered medically irrelevant. That's slander. I canceled. I never refused an assessment. ++++++ I am appalled by the behavior of these people. First call, they won't share any info unless they receive a doctor's order. They get the order. Tamika books an unexpected consultation with their doctor. Asked for more information about the process as the appointment was 4 days away. I have chronic CO poisoning - chamber accelerates healing if done soon - otherwise, fresh air. She claimed she knew nothing and nobody could help. But I had to make sure I filled out their request for medical info to guarantee the appt. As I was doing so, I noticed that by granting the normal releases, I was also granting permission to use photos of me and share personal info with marketing partners. Did not grant the releases. Spoke with Tamika the next day to see if I could select what permissions I would give and to know when I could expect to get started. She had to talk to her supervisor and there was no information to give. My time is precious and I will not embark on hyperbaric chamber treatment without receiving clear information. Therefore, I notified Tamika to cancel my appointment. They then called my doctor to complain about me. I CANCELLED two days before the appointment. Let’s highlight: The marketing releases were unrelated to my treatment, yet they pressured me and then called my doctor — completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. If they had any questions, - and they had no right to anything more than I cancel the appointment - they should have asked me. I do NOT recommend this place. What a colossal waste of time for me and for my doctor. These people have no shame.

What an amazing visit: everyone on this amazing team is friendly, professional, and sincerely supportive. From initial scheduling to walking out the door, everything was just way too easy. The teamwork, communication, and dedication among the staff goes above and beyond here; additionally, the physician I saw, Dr Beless, spent time with me to understand what’s going on. He listened more than he spoke, didn’t interrupt when I had a tough time communicating, and overall gave the impression he sincerely wants to help. Honestly, I was blown away by how great this place is, and I’m extremely grateful my wife found this facility for me.

I am slightly over a week post-op from a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction. I have only had 4 hyperbaric treatments and It has been a GAME CHANGER. After my first treatment, I was pain free, my range of motion had returned and the blood flow concerns for which the treatment was prescribed had drastically improved.

I'm so impressed with the doctor and staff. I recently had breast cancer. My problem was healing slow. My doctor is knowledgeable,informative,and professional. I'm amazed with the work he is doing with my case. I look forward to seeing the end result. His treatment for me is truly Working.
