She took the time to really listen to what I was struggling with and what I wanted to improve, then walked me through my options in a way that was easy to understand and never felt overwhelming or pushy. She is incredibly knowledgeable about wellness, and I left the consultation feeling like I actually understood the reasoning behind my plan instead of just being told what to take. The office is beautiful and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Caroline is such a joy. She has the most inviting personality which makes her super easy to talk to. Had such a great experience at Balanced Aesthetics + Wellness. Jae was so friendly and amazing with coordinating everything from start to finish. I did the red light bed, BioCharger, and had a quick consult with Justin about my lab work and vitamins, which was super helpful. Sophie was incredible and explained the radio frequency microneedling and PDGF for my face and neck so clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. Such a welcoming and professional experience overall even though it’s a flight away, I’ll definitely be back soon for my next microneedling treatment!
