We had an incredible experience at Synapse Brain and Spine Center. Dr. Rob was absolutely amazing with my son (4 yrs old) during his brain scan—calm, patient, and so kind, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely comfortable and even positive. What really stood out was how thorough Dr. Rob was when reviewing the results and discussing the treatment plan. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, never rushed us, and made sure all of our questions were answered. His level of care and attention to detail gave us so much confidence moving forward. I also truly appreciate the consistent monthly follow-ups. Dr. Rob doesn’t just set a plan and send you on your way—he checks in regularly, adjusts as needed, and offers helpful suggestions, including supplements that have made a noticeable difference. We feel genuinely cared for here, and I can’t recommend Synapse Brain and Spine Center and Dr. Rob enough for anyone looking for thoughtful, thorough, and compassionate care. He made such a positive impact on my son, my son added “Dr. Rob” to his birthday invitation list 😆

I cannot speak highly enough of both Dr Rob and Ciera! I brought my daughter to see Dr Rob for multiple issues. Most notably, she had cut her hand on glass and severed a nerve. We first went the orthopedic route and she had surgery to attempt to repair the nerve. Unfortunately, not only did the surgery not repair the nerve, it left her with more pain and discomfort than she had prior to surgery. The surgeon suggested another surgery but we opted against that. As a softball player, this injury was incredibly challenging. A friend found Dr Rob and even though we had to travel 75 minutes each way to see him, it was well worth it! He treated her hand with EMTT and red light therapy. After only two months of treatment, her pain and stiffness are gone and she has faint pulsing feeling in her finger....it's an absolute miracle!! In addition to her finger, he also used the same treatment on a lingering ankle sprain that just would not heal even after months of PT. She also had fantastic improvement in her ankle pain! We spent many hours in the office over the past two months and many more driving to the office, but it absolutely was worth it! Dr Rob and Ciera both make you feel like family, explain each step in ways that the average person can understand and just make difficult situations so much more bearable. We absolutely would recommend seeing Dr Rob and will again in the future if anything else pops up. Thank you!!

Dr. Rob Waterson and Ciera are the best! They are very welcoming and truly want to help. My son has autism. I had no idea where to turn for help. My son has social challenges and depression. He is on meds and seeing a therapist but i felt we could be doing more. I found Dr. Waterson through a professional Neurology association. He is wonderful in his approach to my son and his knowledge of the treatment. Since starting Neurofeedback this spring my son has made some incredible progress. More than anything Dr. Waterson gave us real hope. He is open, honest, caring and supportive. Dr. Waterson is so positive and compassionate it makes this journey that much easier.
