Try to find a Dr that actually listens and cares instead of coming here! Been coming here for almost 3 years now with no changes , no plans from the dr on how to fix my feet. He comes in and spend 10 mins cutting then says “see ya” no future plans on how to fix or help. They bring in student dr without ever asking if it’s okay with the patient. I NEVER FEEL welcome, they always have an attitude. The only reason I come here is because I need to get seen for pain. Trying to find a new dr for over a year and no luck. Honestly Dr Scott Reich couldn’t care less about me personally or helping me out. FIND A DR WHO CARES

If you need immediate care this is NOT the place to go. They will tell you to come back if your ailment continues but will not actually schedule you an appointment until 2 weeks later. They tell you to go to the emergency room, the emergency room tells you to come here. It's a cycle. And apparently you become a new patient every 3 months which wipes your slate clean and then they act as if they have never seen you before. Unfortunately this is the only place around specializing in wound care so you and your loved ones will be stuck in this cycle as well.

Wait times are absolutely horrible. Appointment was at 915 and an hour later still havent been seen and nothing being said. When I ask the receptionist they say a nurse called out and nothing they can do. No there is something you can do, communicate with your patients. There is a such thing as common courtesy.

I am changing my earlier review of my experience with this Christiana Care Wound Center. My first visit to this office was for a Sacral Wound that needed treatment. I saw Lindsey, a NP, who was very professional, friendly and took her time and gave me a few samples of wound care until my shipment arrived. This was on March 7th. I ran out of the supplies and called the office and left a message with instructions but I never received a call back. The next day I waited for a return call until 1:00 PM and my husband had to drive from Townsend to Wilmington, only to be handed a slip of paper with the name of the supplier and his phone number. I am a nurse and that is not a patients job, that is part of a nurses job to order those supplies for their patient. I made the call to this representative and he had a bad attitude when I asked him why my supplies had not arrived. His answer was he just came back from vacation and my order was sitting on his desk. He did tell me that their were no instructions for usage on the order he received. I will not go into the rest of our conversation. My next appointment, I did not appreciate the Medical Assistant's answer when I told her about my supplies being late and the reason why. I asked her , don't they have a back up representative to cover for him? Her reply was that he was probably overwhelmed. That is not an answer you give to any patient no matter what condition you are treating. The reason I ran out was that I was never given directions that I needed to cut the round wound cover, so I was using the entire one to cover the wound. The representative had no idea that you needed to cut them. Next, I had to cancel my appointment due to sickness on the 27th of March. Once again I called the office and left a message that I had to cancel due to sickness and to please call me back to reschedule. Today is April 22nd, and I am still waiting for a call back. Wounds can develop into sepsis but I guess they just do not care. This is the worst office I have been to in Christiana Care. For wound Care, they need to get a better system.

My boyfriend was a client here, Dr. Reich and Dr. Mast are great! They really make sure you understand why things are happening and instructions. Maria is awesome running the front desk. The nurses are all great as well. I am very pleased with my entire experience.
